Made-to-Order and Custom Pieces

Many of our pieces are made to order. This means each item is created specifically for the customer after an order is placed. Due to the nature of made-to-order and custom jewelry, production timelines may vary depending on design complexity, material availability, and order volume.

For diamond pieces, all items are made to order, and processing time is generally 4 to 6 weeks unless otherwise stated.

Custom orders may require additional consultation, design approval, and production time. Once a custom order has been approved and production has begun, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged except in the case of a confirmed defect or order error caused by us.

Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our website are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, typographical mistakes, or inaccuracies at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraud, or inaccuracies in pricing or product information.

Requests to cancel or modify an order must be made as soon as possible. Because many of our pieces are made to order, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be accommodated once production has started.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders within the timeframe stated on the applicable product page or policy page. Shipping times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been shipped, Del Carmen Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase. We are not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to the customer upon delivery of the order to the shipping carrier.
